Meeting the next generation of consultants

For years, Lattanzio KIBS has enthusiastically joined this initiative, bringing its experience in public sector consulting and offering students a concrete opportunity to discover the group’s career paths and professional growth opportunities.

During yesterday’s Networking Afternoon (held from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Roentgen Building), we met many students interested in pursuing a consulting career, engaging in meaningful conversations and exchanges.

The Recruiting Date - Government, Public Services & International Organizations once again proved to be a strategic meeting point between young talents and leading organizations in government, public services and international cooperation.

YouthinkPA, the benefit initiative by Lattanzio KIBS aimed at fostering youth participation and innovation in the Public Administration, also joined the event. It was a valuable opportunity to listen to students’ ideas, learn from their experiences and strengthen the connection between education and the world of work, with the shared goal of shaping a more competent, open and inclusive public administration.

Among the most genuine and spontaneous moments of the day, one simple question stood out: “What was your thesis about?”, a small but meaningful way to give voice to the passions and aspirations of those preparing to contribute to the future of the public sector.
