The open for all system for reporting is active
Allowing anyone to report suspected wrongdoing to the Supervisory Board without danger of retaliation is crucial. Lattanzio KIBS ensures standards of excellence in transparent administrative behavior, having introduced the 231 Model in 2020. For this reason, following the European Directive 2019/1937 governing whistleblowing, Lattanzio KIBS has implemented an online system for anonymous and protected reporting.
How to make a report
Lattanzio KIBS has implemented and made available the procedure governing the nature of the report and how it is handled. The system disassociates the identity of the reporter from the report made, guaranteeing anonymity, and is the sole factor of interaction with the reporter, even in the stages following the report.
