Hosting international summits on education

The Italian Ministry of Education and Merit (MIM) promoted in Milan and Cernobbio, from 19 to 22 October 2026, Next Gen AI 2026, the second international Summit on artificial intelligence in schools, inaugurated at Teatro alla Scala and continued at Villa Erba. Around four trajectories, work, life, the planet and the arts, Ministers of education, European and international delegates and representatives of the European Commission, the OECD and UNESCO discussed the future of education policies. The Ministry's Directorate-General for International Affairs oversaw the organisation and entrusted the logistics of the delegations to an external partner.
