Responsibility toward customers, local areas, and the communities that live there

For Benefit Corporations, the Impact Report is the tool through which their commitment to the common good becomes public, measurable, and comparable over time. Attached to the financial statements and prepared in accordance with Law No. 208/2015, it describes each year the objectives pursued, the actions taken, the results achieved, and the future direction, offering all stakeholders a transparent account of the company’s impact on the community, the region, and the people.
For a consulting firm working in the public sector, this means grappling with a challenging question: whether and to what extent its work brings about real change in institutions and, through them, in people’s lives. In 2025, Lattanzio KIBS once again reported on its commitment, increasing its BIA score to 112.5, with progress across all benefit objectives, focusing on spreading a culture of innovation within institutions, among its own staff, and among young people through the YOUTHINKPA initiative.

Our growing commitment since 2022

In a context that has created new challenges and driven rapid acceleration in many areas, there is a growing awareness of the public sector’s importance for economic and social development. Lattanzio KIBS’s sensitivity to issues related to the sustainability of business decisions is inherent in its historical mission: to provide consulting services to the public sector (the “First Sector”), which by its very nature aims to pursue the common good.
Since 2022, with the acquisition of the legal status of a Benefit Corporation, a new chapter has been added each year to an evolving journey that reaffirms the commitment to continuous improvement by setting increasingly challenging goals, mindful of the importance of taking direct action to create shared value.
