Lattanzio KIBS is responsible for designing and delivering training activities for managers and staff, structured across various specific thematic areas: legal and regulatory, organization, personnel and smart working, managerial, communication, economic-financial, international, technical-specialist, logical-managerial, and relational-emotional.
The assignment includes not only the detailed definition of each course’s programs, content, and teaching, but also preliminary meetings for planning activities, the use of highly qualified instructors with both methodological and technical-specialist skills, as well as the coordination of all didactic phases, preparation and delivery of materials to all participants, and finally, the issuance of participation certificates.
To ensure maximum flexibility and accessibility, the training activities are designed to be delivered in different formats, including online, in-person, or in a blended form, with interactive webinars led live by the instructor.
