Lattanzio e Associati takes part in the conference to present the Service Charter and Social Report as part of the Best Practices project

Essential tools to communicate with citizens

The event Charter of Services and Social Report for a communication that opens up to citizens will be held on Friday 20 December 2013 at the 'Sala Verde' in the headquarters of the Court of Appeal of Reggio Calabria in Piazza Castello.

The Service Charters and the Social Report that the Court of Appeal, the Court and the Public Prosecutor's Office of Reggio Calabria are presenting at the joint event are the tools with which these offices communicate their organisation, the services provided and the results of their activities. A result that other Judicial Offices in the Calabria Region involved in the Best Practices Project are also in the process of achieving and that testifies to the start of a virtuous path towards citizens. A common approach that provides users with a uniform access key to the Justice System throughout the Region.

Who is taking part in the conference

Speakers at the event include the President of the Regional Council Giuseppe Scopelliti, Regional Councillor for Budget and National and Community Programming Giacomo Mancini, Coordinator of the Extraordinary Commission of the Municipality Gaetano Chiusolo, President of the Court of Appeal Giovanni Battista Macrì, President of the Court Luciano Gerardis, Public Prosecutor Federico Cafiero de Raho, Public Prosecutor Salvatore Di Landro, Managing Authority POR Calabria FSE 2007-2013 Bruno Calvetta and Eng. Filippo Chesi of Lattanzio e Associati.

Agreements to improve the service

The project Dissemination of Best Practices in the Judicial Offices of the Calabria Region, financed within the framework of the Regional Operational Programme of the European Social Fund 2007/2013, stems from the agreement between the Ministry of Justice, the Department for Public Administration and the Italian Regions, which signed a memorandum of understanding with the aim of disseminating Best Practices at a national level and improving the quality of service.

In Calabria, the Best Practices project is worth over EUR 2.4 million, involves 15 judicial offices belonging to two different Court of Appeal districts (Reggio Calabria and Catanzaro) and will end in 2014.
